GDPR, NO FINE PRINT

Privacy, in plain terms.

Who's the controller: Mané Gallo (manegallo.com). Write to me at [email protected]. Who's behind it and my identification details are in the legal notice.

Contact form: your message is sent from your own email (the form opens your email app). This site doesn't store your name or email on any server of its own.

Newsletter: if you tick the box, your message reaches me with that request and I subscribe you myself to /aprendiendo_en_publico through Substack, which acts as the data processor with its own safeguards. You can unsubscribe with one click in any email.

AI level test: the test has its own policy, explained inside the test itself before it asks you for anything. The data you leave there (email, track, and result) lives in Brevo, a European company with GDPR safeguards.

Team test: if you hire the team test, I'll process your company's contact details and your team's answers only to deliver the report and the session. Full engagement terms before any payment.

Cookies and analytics: I measure visits with two tools, neither for advertising. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits anonymously, with no cookies and without identifying you, so it always runs. Google Analytics does use a cookie and only turns on if you click «Accept» in the notice that appears when you arrive; if you click «Reject», the site works just the same and that cookie is never set. To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser and the notice will show again.

What never happens: no selling data, no sharing with third parties, no third-party ads.

Your rights: write to me and I'll tell you what I hold of yours, correct it, or delete it entirely. No weird forms: an email is enough.
